Yard Attendant / Loader Operator – Full Time, Year‑Round Bark Mulch Depot – Rocky View County, AB
If you like working outdoors, running equipment, and keeping a yard running smoothly, this is the job. Bark Mulch Depot is hiring a full‑time, year‑round Yard Attendant / Loader Operator to support daily operations at our landscape supply yard starting August 1st.
What You’ll Do
- Operate loaders to move bulk materials (mulch, soil, aggregates) safely and efficiently
- Load customer trucks and trailers with accuracy and care
- Maintain a clean, organized yard and stockpile layout
- Assist customers on-site with product selection and general questions
- Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Support daily yard tasks: sweeping, organizing bins, managing inventory flow
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating loaders, forklifts or similar equipment
- Comfort working outdoors in all seasons
- Strong awareness of safety and yard procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Customer‑focused attitude and clear communication skills
