- Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and mopping floors.
- Maintain supplies and cleanliness of office area and staff cafeteria.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials as required.
- Follow company sanitation booklet which provides an accurate way to mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions.
- Complete sanitation records on a daily basis.
- Follow company’s written SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and GMPs.
- Advise management of any sanitation related deficiencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work varying shifts and work overtime when required.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move any objects up to 25kg on a regular and continuous basis.
- Must be able to work in varying temperature environments ranging from -18 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius.
- Must be physically fit to perform job duties as work requires bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting of the body.
- Subject maybe exposed to elevated noise levels.
- Minimum high school diploma
- Basic English verbal and written communication skills
EDUCATION:
· High School Diploma
WORK EXPERIENCE:
· Ability to work independently
· Regularly, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 10+ hours.
· In a normal production kitchen facility, there may be physical discomfort due to temperature and noise.
· Must be able to lift, push, pull and move product, equipment, supplies, etc., in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds.
· A rotating schedule of over 55 hours per week is typical.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
