Job Description:
We are currently hiring casual cleaners/ part-time position. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general house cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to ensure impeccable cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas to hotel-quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and wash linens as needed to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to meet client expectations consistently.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate regarding any damages, stock shortages, or conflicts with guests, ensuring transparency and resolution.
Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to various cleaning locations.
- Previous experience in hotel-quality Airbnb cleaning or residential cleaning is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
- Good communication and written skills in English.
- Punctual and dependable.
