We are seeking a skilled fabricator/fitter who has experience working with stainless sheet metal.
ABOUT US: Venture Food Trucks is a North American leader in the design and manufacture of fully custom food trucks concession trailers, hot dog carts, and mobile businesses. We build these mobile units from start to finish.
This job is for you if you’re a metal fabricator who enjoys variety. You want an opportunity to work with a creative team of fabricators and welders to build unique, custom food carts and food trucks. You bring experience operating all types of shop equipment such as: shear, brake, CNC equipment. We offer competitive wages and benefits, mostly 4-day work weeks, RRSP match and more. You will find the attitude of the shop to be positive and encouraging. 1 YEAR MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FABRICATION SETTING, ALTHOUGH TRAINING IS OFFERED AND THERE IS OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN NEW SKILLS.
Tasks may Include:
- Bending, cutting metal
- Reading and interpreting shop blueprints and schematics
- Metal surface preparation
- Welding TIG and MIG
- Assembling and installation of new restaurant equipment
- Lining stainless steel walls/aluminum flooring for food trucks
Must have:
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Experience with hand, air, and power tools, angle grinder
- Ability to measure with precision
- Postive attitude and good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
