Responsibilities
● Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
● Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
● Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
● Register new patients and update patient information accurately.
● Check patients in and out while maintaining confidentiality.
● Process payments and issue receipts when required.
● Manage incoming faxes, emails, and correspondence.
● Scan, upload, and organize medical documents.
● Coordinate referrals and communicate with specialists and other healthcare providers.
● Maintain an organized reception area and assist with general administrative duties.
● Support physicians and clinical staff with day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
● Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role is preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
● Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly Accuro, is an asset.
● Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.

Clinic Hours
● Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
● Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Availability to work flexible shifts within clinic hours, including weekends, is required.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
