As a Receptionist & Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll assist with reception duties, administrative tasks, customer engagement, and sales support.

What You’ll Do:
Front Desk & Administrative Support
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage calls, direct inquiries, and maintain an organized reception area.
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Address customer concerns effectively and facilitate communication between departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly and outgoing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
