A Breakfast Attendant with Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville is responsible for smooth operation during breakfast hours and delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring all hotel standards.

What will I be doing? Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Smooth operation during breakfast hours
- Engaging with the guests and provide excellent service and experience
- Responsible for set up according to brand standards
- Make sure all items are consistently well stocked all throughout breakfast hours
- Ensuring the coffee station is fresh and fully stocked
- Ensuring the lobby and work area is clean and free of debris
- Clear and sanitize the tables, emptying trash as needed, mopping
- Washing the used utensils, plates, cutlery and serving equipment once used and return to proper storage
- Responsible to checking inventory, ordering when needed and making sure the food supplies are properly dated
- Monitor and recording cleaning schedule
- Ensuring communication between different shifts and departments
- Oversee and monitors meeting room and boardroom operations which includes preparation and cleaning
- Responsible for banqueting needs of Meeting Rooms
- Assist other departments wherever necessary

- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently.
Qualifications

- Previous hospitality or barista experience is an asset.
