As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers with their inquiries, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Process transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with sales management to promote parts sales and market new products effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in cashiering or handling transactions is beneficial.
- A background in sales management or retail sales will be considered a plus.
