Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor/Service Person to oversee daily construction activities and ensure smooth project execution. In this role, you will coordinate on-site operations, supervise team members, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your leadership will be vital in managing resources, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering exceptional service throughout the construction process and also after if required. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schematics
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide team activities and verify work accuracy
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings with team members
- Manage site logistics, including equipment setup, material storage, and site cleanliness
- Must be up to date with all code regulations
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a construction environment with a strong understanding of site operations
- Extensive construction experience across various projects with knowledge of building processes and industry standards
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
- Experience in quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Strong communication skills for coordinating teams, clients and office staff.
- Must have hands on experience with service work during construction and after sales service.
- Must have minimum 3 years experience
