We're looking for an experienced Cabinet Sprayer who cares about quality, takes pride in craftsmanship, and enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team.

What You'll Do
As our Cabinet Sprayer, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality finishes while helping maintain the standards our company is known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Spray cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and millwork to a consistently high standard
- Prepare materials and equipment for spraying
- Mix and handle coatings according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect finishes and correct imperfections when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work closely with our prep team to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Help maintain quality standards on every project
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience spraying cabinets, millwork, furniture, or fine finishes
- Takes pride in producing exceptional work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is dependable and accountable
- Works well in a small team
- Communicates professionally with coworkers and clients
- Is organized and takes care of equipment
