The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. The Manager, Growth Enablement – Account Management supports the Director, Growth Enablement in translating Account Management priorities into practical strategies, tools, and processes that strengthen Member retention, engagement, optimization, and growth. This role is responsible for developing and ensuring the execution of the Emerging Member portfolio strategy, including a scalable engagement model, portfolio performance, Member communications, and value delivery. The Manager will also support renewals, RFP events, account planning, QBRs, reporting, and other strategic initiatives across the Account Management organization.
If you were to come on board as our Manager, Growth Enablement – Account Management, we’d ask you to do the following:
- Emerging Member Portfolio Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute the Emerging Member portfolio strategy, aligned with retention, engagement, optimization, and growth objectives.
- Establish a scalable engagement and service model that delivers a consistent Member experience across the portfolio.
- Build and coordinate execution plans, including Member communications, campaigns, program updates, and targeted engagement initiatives.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risks, participation gaps, and opportunities, recommending actions to improve Member satisfaction, program adoption, managed volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Growth Enablement and Account Management Support
- Support the Director in translating Account Management priorities into practical frameworks, playbooks, tools, templates, and processes.
- Help implement consistent approaches to account planning, portfolio prioritization, Member engagement, and value delivery.
- Develop executive-ready QBRs, account plans, Member presentations, and value stories.
- Support Member renewals and RFP events through analysis, content development, presentation preparation, project coordination, and follow-up.
- Portfolio Optimization and Performance Insights
- Analyze Member purchasing activity, category penetration, program participation, and financial performance to identify actionable opportunities.
- Develop targeted plans to increase participation in contracted programs and strengthen Member engagement and value realization.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into retention, managed volume, revenue, program adoption, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations, tracking progress against Emerging Member portfolio objectives and broader Account Management priorities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination and Execution
- Partner across Account Management, Sales, Operations, Member Onboarding, Sourcing, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, and other teams to deliver solutions that address Member needs.
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, ownership, and follow-up to ensure assigned initiatives are executed effectively.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and distributors, to support Member and business priorities.
- Support the adoption of new tools, processes, and frameworks while contributing to a collaborative Account Management culture through the sharing of best practices and insights.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Client Success, Commercial Strategy, Growth Enablement, or a related role.
- Experience developing and executing account or portfolio strategies focused on retention, engagement, optimization, and growth.
- Experience supporting Member or client renewals, RFPs, account planning, QBRs, and executive presentations.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and compelling Member value stories.
- Experience monitoring portfolio performance, budgets, revenue, profitability, or related commercial measures.
- Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and translate strategy into execution while collaborating across multiple teams.
- A Member-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term value creation.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
