Guided by these values, the Guesting & Production Coordinator contributes to attracting and retaining viewers of our 100 Huntley Street program by assisting with the overall workflow of our guesting and production departments.
We are seeking an individual who will thrive in a dynamic broadcast team environment, is proficient in administration, has experience relevant to researching, sourcing and contacting potential guests and possesses a passion for extending hospitality. The chosen candidate will be excited about merging their faith and skills in their work.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of a recognized television broadcasting/media course
- Min of 2 years of experience in the broadcast industry
- Able to work well in the deadline-driven and fast-paced, changing environment of broadcast
- Proficient with Microsoft software: Word/Excel/Outlook, Google Docs, EMAM and Playbox
- Though some remote work may be available, this role requires on-site and in-office work as well as being able to work flexible hours based on the production schedule.

What you will do
- Administrate the sourcing and usage of promo elements and in-studio visuals.
- Conduct administrative tasks to support production and guesting.
- Coordinate and organize aspects of securing and supporting program guests.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Liaise with YES TV Promotions team to provide direction for promos and ensure delivery for broadcast & digital platforms.
- Communicate all updates to the production team as they pertain to Promos.
- Ideation, creation and facilitation of in-studio visuals (props, etc.).
- Responsible for the purchase, procurement, organization and presentation of props related to 100 Huntley Street.
- Liaise with Development fundraisers to provide possible in-studio visiting times for donors.
- Liaise with the Marketing department to request assorted branded video & CG-related elements.
- Liaise with independent affiliate stations to provide updated airdate schedules.
- Research guests as required, to ensure they align with 100 Huntley Street's missional goals and pitch in guesting meetings.
- As directed, coordinate guest travel arrangements for in-studio and on-location guests, to include flights, hotel, and ground transportation details, and provide a detailed itinerary for each guest.
- Gather pertinent information, obtain biographical forms, and background information to equip the 100 Huntley Street production team for content creation. (Includes photos/b-roll content, descriptions, and additional items as needed/requested)
- Maintain accurate information for the Nexus database related to guesting.
- Create and send out weekly airdate emails to guests.
- Coordinate makeup schedules for hosts & guests.
- Compile and send daily guest information for the website.
- Meet and greet guests as requested to provide a supportive and caring experience for them.
- Maintain Green Room supplies and ensure general tidiness.
- Other duties as required.
