We are a well-established, family-owned dealership in Penticton, BC, offering a mix of customer pay and warranty work across Stellantis brands—Jeep, RAM, Chrysler, Dodge, and Fiat.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality maintenance and repair work on vehicles, adhering to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems using computer diagnostic tools
- Work with a mixture of customer pay and warranty jobs, ensuring timely and professional service
- Read and interpret manufacturer’s drawings, manuals, and technical bulletins
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Test and inspect vehicles to ensure the repairs were completed correctly and the vehicle is in proper working order
- Drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles as needed
- Follow dealership processes and protocols for all service and repair tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Licensed or certified automotive technician (Journeyman status)
- Experience with Stellantis brands is an asset, but not required
- Strong understanding of the importance of customer service and professionalism
- Able to follow directions and dealership processes precisely
- Motivated, organized, and self-disciplined with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and diagnostic software
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate manual transmission vehicles
