Great Lakes Greenhouses Inc. is currently seeking a full-time AZ Driver.
Family Owned and Operated for 35 Years, Great Lakes Greenhouses is the largest grower, shipper, and packer of hydroponic cucumbers in North America. We are a 120-acre state-of-the-art facility on one site providing year-round production. Our mandate is to produce the healthiest safest food. At Great Lakes Greenhouses we pride ourselves on maintaining quality and excellence in everything we do.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct local pickups and deliveries
- Flexible to work weekends as required
- Available for work 6 days per week
- Operate trucks to transport materials and equipment to various job sites.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during transport.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight as necessary.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
Required skills:
- Minimum 1-3 years driving experience.
- Valid AZ license
- Speak and understand English
