Ensure quality food comes out at all time while working along with the team
Performs inventory maintenance and communicates with chef in-charge
Approach the team with positive attitude and always portray professionalism while communicating to the team.
Food execution should always match brand standards.
Follow all in house policies and procedures.
Qualification:
3+ years of work experience as line chef
Knife skills along with knowledge on various cooking techniques are required
Available evenings & weekends
Ability to lift 50LBs
Food Safe & First aid certification is an asset
