Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Home Renovation sub-contractor to join our renovation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a diverse skill set in various aspects of construction, restoration, and finishing work. Duties
- Perform residential renovation work including demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and finishing carpentry
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications accurately
- Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors and other trades as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations
- Identify and troubleshoot construction or installation issues
- Ensure all work meets local building codes or client expectation
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment required for each project
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, or home renovations
- Knowledge of multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, tiling, drywall, painting)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and measurements
- Own basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Time management and organizational abilities
Working Conditions
Project-by-project
Work performed on residential job sites
Must wear and bring appropriate PPE for renovation sites (i.e., steel toe boots/shoes)

Pay: $18.15-$30.00 per hour
