Custodian – Dartmouth Locations
Thereway Cleaning Limited is seeking an ambitious, hardworking, and innovative individual to join our team as a Custodian at our Dartmouth locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the facility.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Day shifts and early evening hours
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (required for security clearance)
- Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and debris
- Clean windows in building entrances
- Collect and dispose of garbage
- Empty trash cans and waste containers
- Sweep, mop, and use auto scrubbers on floors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Clean restrooms, hallways, and other facilities
- Report maintenance issues or deficiencies to the Property Manager
