Requirements:
Previous experience working with sourdough breads, foccacia, baguettes as well as experience with European pastries.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Work night shifts from 10pm to 6am and holidays as required by the business.
