Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our growing in-house maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of company vehicles, light-duty trucks, and equipment while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain company vehicles and light-duty trucks.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, steering, suspension, brake, engine, drivetrain, and HVAC systems.
Complete MTO Safety Standards Certificates in accordance with Ontario regulations.
Perform warranty and recall repairs where applicable.
Maintain accurate repair orders and service records.
Identify additional maintenance requirements and report findings.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Assist with emergency fleet repairs when required.
Operate shop equipment and tools safely
Qualifications
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal/Ontario Certificate of Qualification).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed technician
- Must have a valid Ontario ‘G’ Driver's License and provide current driver’s abstract
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using diagnostic scan tools and repair information systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Assets
- Fleet maintenance experience.
- Light-duty diesel experience.
- DZ licence.
- Welding or fabrication experience.
