As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Part-Time Finance Manager to help strengthen our financial operations and support the next stage of our growth.

About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a growing business. This position is approximately 2–3 days per week with flexibility in scheduling. The intention is to continue to grow within this role as the Company grows!
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting
- Support payroll and government remittances
- Prepare year-end working papers and liaise with external accountants
- Develop and improve financial systems, controls, and reporting
- Provide financial insights to support business growth and decision-making
Qualifications
- Extensive experience using QuickBooks (required)
- Experience managing accounting functions for a growing business
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
- Experience in service-based businesses is considered an asset
