Roch Drouin Auto Repair inc.(Autopro) in Rockland is looking for a service advisor for our 8 bay auto repair shop.
Must have experience in automotive and service clientele.french and english speaking is a plus!
- Communicating with the technicians to ensure job is done properly
- Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles
- Scheduling service appointments
- Helping find solutions to customer inquiries and complaints
- Following up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised
- Handling phone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and returning phone messages promptly
- Building a estimate for the required work and ordering parts
- Planing the day distribute the work
- Manage technicians and advisors staff
