We are seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Admissions & School Operations Coordinator to become an integral member of our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting families, and contributing to the daily operations of a dynamic school community.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Admissions Department with student recruitment, school tours, and the enrollment process.
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective families.
- Assist with student recruitment initiatives, open houses, school events, and community outreach.
- Support front office operations and the daily activities of the school.
- Coordinate student records, forms, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate the school's transportation program, including communication with families and drivers.
- Oversee school uniforms and merchandise, including inventory and order fulfillment.
- Assist with accounts receivable and tuition payment processing.
- Support the Principal and Leadership Team with a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate student and financial records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Attend school tours, open houses, recruitment events, and other school activities as required, including occasional evenings and/or weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with accounts receivable or financial administration is considered an asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
