We are Area 51 Auto Repair and are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. We offer $18-20 per hour + commission pay with health and dental insurance. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment.
Requirement: Must have Auto Repair shop work experience
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, ensuring accurate records.
- Maintain and organize client files using computerized systems.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry and proofreading documents.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
