Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Periodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating periodontal disease, performing periodontal surgeries, and providing comprehensive periodontal care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases, including gum disease, recession, and other soft tissue conditions
- Perform periodontal surgeries such as flap procedures, grafts, and implants
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical histories
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Utilize dental technology including CAD for precise surgical planning and restorative procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records using Epic, Dentrix, or similar dental management software
- Educate patients on periodontal health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
- Stay current with advancements in periodontology through ongoing education and professional development
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school with specialization in periodontology or focus in periodontology.
- Valid state license to practice dentistry
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Pay: $144,180.11-$427,601.49 per year
