## Job Overview
We are looking for a Glass Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years glass installation experience on residential projects from first site visit to completion.
We are are a glazing company operating out of Greater Vancouver with the majority of our work in Victoria, and Nanaimo.
This is a fixed short term position, looking to close out 2 contracts in Victoria and Nanaimo.
On Job Training provided.
## Responsibilities
- Measure, Interpret plans, lay out and install glass for windows, doors, skylights, Sliding doors, frameless glass and guards, custom glazing and aluminum.
- Remove old glass and replace with new glass
-Install:
Curtain wall systems
Aluminum Swing doors
Sliding Door systems
Skills required:
- Apply caulking to seal joints and prevent water damage
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various installations.
-Level work areas for proper installations
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Glazier for at least 4+ years.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools specific to the trade to complete tasks at hand.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately and apply them to the project at hand.
- Ability to generate material list for projects at hand.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
