Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cold Line Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have excellent food safety practices, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
-Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. etc Salads, sandwiches and plating desserts .
-Follow food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures -Prepare ingredients for upcoming shifts, ensuring all items are ready for service Maintain cleanliness of work stations.
-Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste.
