This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations across various functions, facilitates interdepartmental communication, and supports both field and office staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide SAP support and liaise with payroll to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
- Coordinate daily office logistics, such as greeting clients, directing vendors, purchasing supplies, coordinating vehicle and equipment service and arranging couriers.
- Organize travel arrangements and make preparations for field crews.
- Assist with event planning.
- Provide administration support for the project management team, company safety program and project controls teams.
- General office admin tasks/ projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, highly organized, eagerness to learn, and a team player.
- Valid BC driver’s license.
- 2+ years of business administration and/or project coordination experience.
- Experience with time management and field ticket reporting a benefit.
- Experience in the forest industry considered an asset.
- Valid BC driver’s license.
