Your Role
As a Leasing Agent, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and follow up promptly.
- Show apartments to prospective tenants (in person and virtually).
- Negotiate lease terms and secure signed agreements.
- Stay organized, manage multiple listings, and keep client records updated.
- Use our CRM and marketing tools to maximize efficiency and results.
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated, money-driven individuals who thrive in a commission-only environment.
- Strong sales, customer service, or leasing background.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems, CRMs, and online platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Real estate brokers in their first 1–3 years are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
