Now Hiring: Service Plumber
Wage: $40–$50+/hour, depending on experience
Action Plumbing & Heating Inc. is a busy, locally owned mechanical services company serving the South Okanagan. We’re looking for a qualified Service Plumber to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential and light commercial customers
- Troubleshoot issues independently and communicate clearly with the office and clients
- Maintain accurate work orders and reports using our digital service system
- Deliver professional, courteous service on every job
- Participate in an on-call rotation (additional compensation provided)
Requirements:
- Red Seal Plumbing ticket preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of service plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
- Gas B ticket considered an asset
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40–$50+/hour based on experience and qualifications
