We are seeking an experienced Tandoor & Line Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will manage our clay oven station, mastering authentic marinades, scratch dough, and traditional naans/rotis, while supporting the hot line during service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tandoor Mastery: Skewer, season, and perfectly cook meats and breads.
- Line Support: Efficiently manage high-volume service and station prep.
- Prep Management: Maintain daily backup stock without waste.
- Safety: Uphold strict hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef.
- Strong dough-making and marinade skills.
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset.
