Willowbrae Academy Crestmont is looking for enthusiastic, professional & energetic full-time Early Childhood Educators to join our Crestmont location - 40 Crestridge Common SW.
This position is full time Monday-Friday. Candidates must be able to work any shift between 7:00am and 5:30pm.

Float educators will work in a variety of classrooms to support during busy activities, transitions, and provide break coverage.
Classroom educators are assigned to a regular classroom where they will implement developmentally-appropriate activities.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or 3 certification, OR Level 1 certification with 2 years experience in licensed child care
- Valid Criminal Record Check w/ Vulnerable Sector check (within past 6 months)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Two professional references

Desired Attributes and Skills
- Knowledge of a variety of early childhood education philosophies, such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia/emergent, and High Scope
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children aged 9 months to 6 years old
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children in alignment with the program philosophy and objectives
- Take a leadership role in the classroom and provide excellent supervision and interaction with children at all times
- Strong sense of responsibility and dependability
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members
