We're Hiring – Grader Operator
BlackStar Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Operate a motor grader safely and efficiently.
- Perform grading, shaping, ditching, and road maintenance.
- Complete pre-trip and daily equipment inspections.
- Report equipment deficiencies promptly.
- Work closely with supervisors and other equipment operators to complete projects safely and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized machine.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a motor grader in construction, road building, forestry, or remote work environments.
- Strong understanding of grading techniques and final grade requirements.
- Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
- Commitment to safe work practices.
- Valid driver's license (Class 3 or higher is considered an asset).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
