Job Overview
We are looking for an expereinced chef who is passionate about people and food! This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, developing seasonal menus and supporting efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Train, mentor and coach new and exisitng kitchen staff to follow procedures, recipes and food quality standards.
- Develop standard training materials and QC checks at all locations
- Develop recipes and menus for seasonal breakfast and brunch items
- Manage food inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Oversee the execution of food service operations, ensuring quality and consistency
- Support restaurant management in daily operations and special events
- Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff
