Overview:
We are hiring a leadership-oriented Customer Care Manager to oversee warranty execution across multiple active sites. This role requires strategic coordination, builderclient communication, and high-touch resolution management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Coordinators, Inspectors, Handymen, and Cleaners.
- Manage all Tarion portal workflows and escalations.
- Conduct weekly meetings with trades and site staff to align on goals and status.
- Ensure quality control and on-time execution of all homeowner service requests. Represent Trot to builder/developer clients and handle VIP homeowners directly when needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in post-construction service or client-side warranty management. Leadership experience managing field and admin teams.
- Deep understanding of Tarion warranty procedures and builder workflows.
Skills & Tools:
- Skilled in Buildertrend, Tarion BuilderLink, Procore, or similar systems.
- Strong operational knowledge of residential construction phases and postoccupancy care. Project management and scheduling software fluency.

Pay: $45,250.53-$91,556.68 per year
