Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with staff using Google Workspace or similar tools
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks when applicable
- Handle filing, document management, and general clerical tasks such as proofreading and organizing paperwork
- Support administrative functions including bookkeeping, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist with other office duties as needed to support smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in medical or dental office settings is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or office training is a plus
Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
