We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Juice Bar Team Members to join the SATTVA team on a part-time or full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, health-conscious environment where you’ll prepare fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, and healthy treats while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and passionate about wellness. Prior experience in food service, as a barista, or in cashiering is an asset but not required—we provide comprehensive training. As the face of SATTVA, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest and contribute to growing our brand both in-store and on social media.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, fruit bowls, and other menu items according to company standards
- Operate the POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Welcome customers, take orders efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare food ingredients while following food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and customer seating area
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Be comfortable appearing in photos and short videos for SATTVA’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and assist with creating fun, engaging content to promote our products and brand
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and energetic workplace
Qualifications
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable being on camera and participating in social media content
- Passion for healthy food and beverages
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Handler Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous experience in food service, cafés, restaurants, or retail is an asset but not required
