***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE*** We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Labourer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in custom residential concrete work, including retaining walls, along with a solid understanding of residential flatwork preparation.
This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans and project specifications.
- Specialize in Custom walls.
- Drive truck and trailer to and from shop to job sites.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Min 3 years experience in concrete work.
- Bobcat/skid steer experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must speak English.
