Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve targeted gross profit levels
- Manage receivables efficiently and maintain optimal inventory
- Promote accessories through strong displays and promotions
- Maintain optimal inventory while minimizing investment
- Reduce aged and obsolete stock
- Maintain accurate perpetual inventory
- Track and follow up on all back-ordered parts
- Direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees
- Develop, implement, and enforce customer service guidelines to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
What you bring to the Team?
- Proven leadership experience in a parts department
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook (an asset)
- Experience with PBS software (an asset)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
