The Ideal Candidate:
Do you want to change the world? Here’s your chance to step into the middle of everything that shapes how a company shows up for its people and its communities. You’ll be part of the moments that matter: building relationships, telling meaningful stories, and helping create real impact both inside and outside the organization.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine ability to connect with others. Someone who is adaptable, confident jumping into new situations, and just as comfortable working alongside a team as they are taking initiative and running with something independently.
You might already be using social media in your own life to influence, connect, and build community, and you’re excited about the opportunity to translate that instinct into a professional setting, helping to expand reach, elevate our voice, and engage people.
In this role, no two days look the same - and that’s the point! You’ll be at the center of a wide range of work, from coordinating events and supporting key initiatives, to contributing to Indigenous and community engagement efforts, supporting internal communications, creating social media content, and helping bring ideas to life through presentations and storytelling.
If you’re someone who is eager to learn, willing to roll up your sleeves, and excited by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a variety of ways, this is where you do it.
This is an opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career journey who is motivated to learn, take on new challenges, and grow into a long-term role with impact.
