Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support technical analysis, system integrations, stakeholder collaboration, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support enterprise application, integration, and modernization initiatives.
- Analyze data flows, interfaces, APIs, and system dependencies.
- Work with stakeholders in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments to define technical solutions.
- Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Support testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams.
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong experience gathering business and technical requirements.
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting software development and implementation projects.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and security requirements.
- Experience working closely with development and architecture teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
