Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders simultaneously
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals
Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- Basic understanding of serving and food industry operations is a plus

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
