Position Summary
Chrysalis’ Social Enterprises Division is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative – Woods and Plastics. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales by developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-based selling, meeting targets, and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and build relationships with new customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Plan and manage daily sales activities to meet weekly and monthly targets
- Update and maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Collaborate with customer service and procurement to ensure accurate quoting
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
- Participate in developing KPIs, sales strategies, and growth initiatives
Experience
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- CRM management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Business Central experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Social media familiarity related to sales and business development
Education
- Sales systems training considered an asset
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to travel up to 50% within city limits
- Ability to travel up to 10% outside city limits
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Work Schedule
- 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
- Primarily office-based with regular local travel
