Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PowerSports Sales professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to promote and sell power sports products, including motorcycles, Side by Sides, ATVs, and other recreational vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess outside sales skills, business development experience, and a passion for the power sports industry. Duties
- Develop and execute effective outside sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and personalized service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage key accounts, providing ongoing support and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about the latest industry developments, product features, and technological advancements in power sports equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Qualifications
- Technical sales experience related to power sports or recreational vehicles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is adventagous to serve diverse clientele.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with LIGHTSPEED or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
