Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas
- Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitization of high-touch surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities by inspecting for cleanliness standards and addressing any issues promptly
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks, including replacing supplies, reporting repairs needed, and ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment
- Support team efforts in maintaining a secure facility by adhering to access controls and security procedures during overnight shifts
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for overnight shifts
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and efficiently
