Job note: This is a listing for both a full time year long or seasonal full time position (April to September) with room to move into a full time permanent position based on performance.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Line Cook for a Seasonal Position to assist our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with extensive knowledge in restaurant cooking and food preparation. As a Line Cook you will be responsible for maintaining your station, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a positive work environment for you and your team.
Duties
- Ensuring that food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Develop and design creative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Report directly to Kitchen Managers on duty and perform tasks to the brand's level.
- Manage inventory of your station to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Implement health and safety regulations within the kitchen to ensure compliance with local health codes.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong culinary knowledge.
- At least 1-3 years cooking experience preferred but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
