Job description: Day Shift 8am to 4 pm-Monday through Friday -5 shifts (40 hours per week )

QUALIFICATIONS:
English language – written and spoken
High School diploma or equivalent
Maintenance experience
Drivers License
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with room calls and special guest requests as determined by the Maintenance Manager.
Assist with work orders assignments as determined by the Maintenance Manager.
Maintain pool area including chemicals readings
Maintain and clean restaurant filters
Maintain Laundry Room washer drains
Maintain the snow blower and lawn mower
Read gas meters
Run errands as required
Inspect garage for deficiencies
Write work orders Project work as determined by Maintenance Manager.
Clean mechanical rooms and change lights as required
