Bear Street Outfitters is looking for a part time sale assistant to join our team on a flexible basis, covering for full time staff and helping out during busy periods throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the shop floor with product selection, sizing and general inquiries.
- Process sales through the till.
- Support the rental process; Fitting and setup of rentals and checking in and out bikes.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well stocked shop floor.
- Provide a friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak season.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Interest in the outdoors and cycling (An asset not requirement)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Previous rental and or retail shop experience an asset, but not required.
