We are looking for a high-potential Senior FP&A Analyst – Supply Chain to join our Finance team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations and plays a key role in supporting financial planning, performance management, and decision-making for distribution centers and other supply chain activities. This position goes beyond traditional analysis by acting as a proactive business partner, providing forward-looking insights and helping shape initiatives that optimize operations and drive performance.
Your role :
Serve as a financial business partner to the Supply Chain operational team
Analyze and interpret periodic financial performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
Accountable for month-end variance analysis and reviews
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, analyzing financial and operational drivers to enhance network productivity and support continuous improvement initiatives/projects
Synthesize and present financial insights to operations leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Support operational teams through ad-hoc analysis and follow-up on action plans
Lead and contribute to the forecasting and budgeting process, including assumptions and scenario analysis
Produce dashboards and reports to track performance and measure initiative effectiveness
The qualifications we are looking for :
Bachelor's/Master's in Science, Business, Finance, Technology, Analytics, or related quantitative fields
4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented
Experience with analytical, business intelligence & visualization tools
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Pivots, Power Query, VBA) and MS Access
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills
Fluency in spoken and written French and English ( Frequent communications with internal/external partners and/or clients/employees outside of Québec)
CPA or CFA designation an asset
