Responsibilities:
- Good English language skills
- Experience with UBER, Doordash and Skip tablets
- Take phone call for delivery and take out
- Pack the food for drivers
- Communicate with kitchen staff
- Basic knowledge with POS system
- Manage waitlists and reservations
- Escort guests to tables or event areas
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate wait times
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus (but not required)
