Renovation Technician / General Renovation Worker
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Various job sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Mississauga, and surrounding areas. This position does not have a fixed work location.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Renovation Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial renovation work, take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in renovation work Proven experience with:
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Plastering
- Popcorn ceiling removal and repairs
- Stucco application and repairs
- Baseboard installation
- Interior and exterior painting
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Physically capable of performing renovation-related tasks
Additional Requirements (Upon Hiring)
- Two professional references
- Police Clearance Certificate

Work Location
